Oaklands Association Limited (OAL)

 Board of Directors

OAL is run by a Board of Directors, all of whom are members of the company and all of whom are unpaid volunteers. The Articles permit a maximum of 7 Directors. All Directors must resign at each AGM but they may seek re-election if they so desire.
